K, i have that same lip. Actually, i have the full lip kit, but on my Accord. Its the Mugen lip kit. For the front and rear lip, it cost me about 150. Its ABS plastic. It looks nice and all, but it does break easily. A few days ago, i was changing CD's in my car and i accidently hit the dividing block (i was making a left turn). Then, got home, looked at what happened and i see that my lip was cracked.

you can easily paint your own lip kit for about 20 bucks. All you need to buy is sand paper, primer, the color paint you want, and clear coat.

the only thing about urethane that i have a problem with is that the paint will chip/flake off fast if not properly preped prior to painting
