Dumbass kids & their mustangs

I was on the interstate & I pulled up next to a mustang bone stock & was tryin to race me I was in d4 so I just left it there & floored it & started pullin so I let off he got next to me again & took off so I caught up to him got in the right lane & the motherfucker cut me off so I pulled on the side of the interstate & passed his ass with a nice finger out the window & dropped in d3 & left his ass. Dumbass people who dont know how to drive.

funniest thing i have ever seen....

we were out at the races and these two mustangs line up with 16 year olds driving them.... you could only hit mid third gear before you had to let off in a mustang at this spot so you could make the turnoff.... they take off... you hear first... second.... third..... fourth.......... SCREEEEEEEECH BOOOOOM. yeah they both jumped the ditch and totalled their cars. Ever seen a mustang bent in half? No one knew what the hell these two were thinking. Good stuff. Stupid kids and their mustangs.

my experience with mustang drivers has been the same. I especially love the ones who ride my ass and think I wont slam on the brakes. fuck it. hit me. anyways i normally dont becuase it is more fun to see them struggle to follow me through turns. you would think that since i could clear my side mirrors under theres while driving they would realize they cannot outhandle my cl.

VXCL- not tryin to start shit or anything, but our cars handle like shit! I know you have nice suspension, but still. No matter how low our cars are, they're still boats And a stock mustang could probably outhandle a slammed CL. (even tho they don't have great handling either)

what years u talking and what models? i have yet to see one saty behind me. maybe all the body roll scares them off. idk. i was just speakin from experience and not fact. our turning radius suck ass, but my cl stays glued to the road pretty damn good unless im straight up being reckless. i cannot wait for my light weight rims to arrive, some damn good summer tires, and new sways.

so you went on the service lane so you can just pass the retard and you're calling him a dumbass not knowing how to drive? i would hate to be that poor soul putting his spare tire on and get rammed in the back because someone that's not so dumbass decided to race another dumbass

No I had to ride the service lane or else I would have been hit.....I mean what would you do. It was either cause a wreck with cars behind us or get on the outside & pass him. I think I made the right choice in the matter. I know how to drive well enough to avoid wrecks Im not soem dumbass kid that doesnt know how to drive. Ive gotten a lot of drivin expirence over the years.

I'll beg to differ from you, i've done canyon runs w/ porsches and supras, etc and they always are amazed at how well I can keep up w/ them. These cars handle well if setup properly. IMO the pro-kit was an unreal handling car. Esp. w/ the upgrades sway bar bushings. My car def handled alot better w/ the prokit, I use to be able to throw that car around hard

now, i'm not saying it's on rails or anything either, it's not a well setup CRX. But it's definately better then some shit out there. I actually did have a buddy go up to me in his 93 lx fox body and he couldn't keep up at all. He was on stock suspension though.

W/ good tires, prokit, some bushing swaps these cars can be good handlers. Also, they are the same as the 94-97 accord (+ a few 100 lbs) and there are a good amount of those out there doing things like SCCA racing, etc.

I used to own a Mustang, it was my first car, a 1994 V6 Auto. I thought it was fast.....raced an Integra Type R as my first street race. Found out it wasn't, never raced in that car again. I got sick of the redneck stigma of the Mustang, and the fact one out of three cars down here IS a Mustang, so I got rid of it.....to a redneck. I saw never saw my baby again.

For handling, that car was shit, IMO. I could never get any traction in the rain because the back end was so light. I could sling it through turns, but the CL feels much better.

Now I have the CL, and I'm much happier. The 3.0 is better in every aspect than that Mustang could have ever hoped to be.

It's not that bad. For me it's an improvement from my last car. 1990 Honda accord. Now that cars turning radius sucked!!! The cl's is waaaaaay better.

The cl really is a pretty nice stable car in high speed windey road turns, and i'm talking from a stock perspective. It feel's nice, smooth and solid.

In a autocross comp it's probably a different story though, as thsoe turns are usualy 180 degress and quick. I'd rather drive my truck in that situation.

CLpower- right now I have a 1.5" sprint drop. It rides smoth as hell, but my car handles like a boat.
It was a lot better with my goldline 2.25" drop and 2* camber But still sucked Oh and when I was really low, like 3+ inches (ON SKUNK 2 COILS) it handled ok.

I guess i don't have much to compare it to tho, my last car was an F-150 with 10" lift and 37" tires. Didn't handle very good either

My two friends that have drop stangs, 90 LX, and 96 GT, would rape me in any kind of road course

I will try to test my cl now with the winter tires and then again after i get my rims, tires, and sways. so at least then we can compare some #'s. i hopin to go to the track soon to see how slow my cl is. hhaaha. anything in the 15s and ill be happy.

sprint sucks :P

just simply putting a car on the ground doesn't do shit if the spring rates and etc aren't worked in combination.

Stock stangs handle like fucking ass

yeah i'm not backing up sprint handling wise, but they ride smooth as stock. thats really what I care about the most. I know i know, eibach prokit probably rides just as nice and same height, it's easy to make it ride smooth when it's hardly dropped.

goldline and skunk 2's suck too? curious, because maybe i'll buy new suspension one last time eventually (4th time) if there is hope for our cars handling

yeah all i'm saying is that my buddies slightly dropped stangs can outhandle my dropped cl with every suspension i've had

i'm not talking about how the prokit rides, i'm talking about handling. You've seen the list i've tried and the prokit handled the best.

Goldline? That's a fucking no name brand, and skunk 2 sleeves? That should say it itself.

Try one of the eibachs, trust me you won't regret.
