Drop Help?

Alright, tomorrow I am getting my Pro-Kit and A set of Tokico Struts. I have easy access to a lift for as long as I need it. Do I need to get anything extra to put the springs and struts on? I know I need a spring compressor, so where do I get one of these? I am also getting my wheels this week to go along with the drop. Here are the wheels.New Wheels I need some input from the pros since this is the firsty time for me to do something like this.

You should be able to rent a set of spring compressors at your nearest auto parts store, like Pep Boys.

I recommend spraying the bolts (the day before) with something like PB Blaster or WD-40 (penetrating oil) to help loosen the bolts.

Have a breaker bar ready for the rear lower shock mounting bolts. They were the toughest for me.

Good luck!

BTW: Nice rims!

lift both sides of the front at the same time, makes it a lot easier.

Darn. I wanted to be the first one to comment about the babe.
Don't know squat about springs, struts and such, but can tell you how to install a few things involving the lady. And, I'm not an ass, just like a good piece of.....

Good luck with your "drop" install. Watch your knuckles. MHM
