does a 98 3.2 cl tranny fit a 97 cl 3.0 engine?

my tranny is sorta slipping right now!
i think a found a 98 3.2 cl tranny but i am wondering before i buy it, can that fit my 97 3.0 cl?
i don't really know much

There is no such thing as a 3.2L engine in the 97-99s. The 3.2L came in 2001-2003.

1997 Acura CLs came in a 2.2L and a 3.0L.
1998 and 1999 Acura CLs came in a 2.3L and a 3.0L.

Unfortunately, the 1997 3.0L transmission differs from the 1998 & 1999 model, and no, they are NOT compatible.

well since there's no such thing as a 98 3.2CL, i'm gonna say, no.
