do you ever

just drive your cl for no reason? no place to go,just you and the road. when i was 17 i used to pimp my beater grand dam like it was a benz. as i got older i really didn't drive around as much except for my 2 tegs which i beat on almost every day whether it was looking for a race, racing,or a straight away at 100+.never drove the teg slow. now i got my cl and i find myself taking the long way home from work, when im bored i just drive, when we go out i want to drive, and iargue with my girl so i have an excuse to take a ride. i like racing my baby but also i can drive her slow and don't mind. i just love this car,the way it looks and feels. this question is directed more toward the 21+ crowd or people who have had a couple cars. the cl is my 10th car and i won't be getting an 11th anytime soon. just wondering if anyone else does this. i saw the thread on when you get out of your car and look back just to see how it is. i do that too

All summer i just cruise around with all ym boys ina big line. there is nothing to else to do but blaze L's and party at night so when its a nice day we just drive around all over RI. If im bored i just get in my car and go out to these roads where no one lives way out in the wods and burn aroung by my self for a hour or 2. It is so so much fun feels like i am in the Deep Forest in Grand turismo. About 2 weeks ago i was with my friend and he is from springfield mass(he goes to school down here) he is use to the city and when i was hittin 100 plus on twistie ass roads. he shit him self. When we got back and i told everyone and he was like this kid is crazy they all laughed and said dude we all do it around here

I love just cruisin in my car, my g/f thinks i'm weird when I take backroads or a longer way to go somewhere, but I just enjoy cruisin in the CL, reminds me of the old days when I used to fly around in my brand new trans am, ah memories

yeah, i still drive around anywhere. It's kinda relaxing, just driving nowhere with no plan. But unfortunatly, the bike will get more time soon than the CL.

We are a different breed than the rest of the population. We take pleasure in becoming one with our automobiles. The sooner my girlfriend gets that, the better off we're both going to be.

had to go in a pool, in 2 years i pay more for insurance than i paid for the cl, and more than the cl's worth some tickets include 109 in a 65 (he caught me braking ) 89 in a 35 reckless/careless driving, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop, unsafe lane change to name a few. but luckily my mom works for the county so most of them were downgraded

also totaled a 2004 f150 with 10k on it (enterprise rent-a-car)poppin curbs and just being a dick

Mostly at night. The wife is 2 states away so I dont really have anything else to do. Hop on the freeway and just drive. Turn on some relaxing music. LOVE doing that! Gives me some time to think about life.

i know how you feel...6 summonses(got pulled over twice, 3 summonses each time) in 3 months for street racing with the CL last summer b4 it was totaled (while i was driving like a normal person mind you), had my license revolked and had to buy it back from NYDMV for 2300 and pay 300 a year for the next 3 years and a 25 dollar suspension fee....not good
