I plan on installing a new cd player, does anyone have directions on taking out the factory cd player? I have seen some for taking out the tape deck, just not the cd player. Thanks

Its really easy. All you have to do is pop out the trim around the radio and disconnect the wires for the hazards and clock stuff. Then you should see two screws on the bottom of the opening that hold the cd player in place, just loosen them and it should come out. Thats how i did it but i had the cassette deck. I would assume that the pocket in place of the cassette deck is held in the same way or just slids out. Play around and see what works. Good Luck

I got the kenwood x715 excelon cd player, I am assuming it will fit in perfect no mods, anyone have comments to if it does?
