Debadging

Thinking of doing it, but I'm curious to know whether the decals can be reattached, perhaps for future sale.

Yes, they can unless you really debadge like I did, and have the trunk worked on by a body shop to fill in the holes left after you take off the "A" symbol. I hate to think that a buyer would not buy your car because they aren't willing to spend a few bucks on sticky tape to put the badges back on. If in doubt leave the middle one on, and put the old ones in the glove compartment for the next owner to put back on.
Buy the way, its worth it. I get a lot of attention because it looks so smooth and unclutered. He's my pictures tell me what you think...are you still thinking about doing it?

i like the "A"

if u have a dark color u might still end up with a ghost of the emblem. cuz the paint under there is brand new. it will fade slightly over time but it will always be there. my 2.2 left no trace but the acura was still visible up close. i had to repaint the trunk.

my badges where so baked on that I basically ruined them taking them off... I just threw them out because I know I wont ever put them back on... My paint was also faded around the edges but barely noticeable.

i took mine off. being that my car is black u could always see the area, unless i waxed them like crazy. so i eventually painted my emblems with spray tint and put them back on. i think it looks good.

Yes they can! But it's easier if you just buy new ones!
