we got about 1/4 of the bumper molded onto the car. the first pics shows how we had to screw in screws to get the length of the side of the bumper to be flush with the car, since we all know the accord bumpers are wider, it had to be pushed in.

the second shows the transition from a flush mount to sloped mount where the bumper extends away from the car. this will be one smooth slope, no edges, again like the supra. the pic shows how we jb welded the fiberglass cloth to the car. once cured, it will be fiberglassed to a sturdy thickness, and jb welded again.
