CV Boot leak??...
CV Boot leak??...
Another addition to my non-ending saga....
I went to have my oil change (i'm lazy) and i saw that there's a leak near the oil pan, i asked the mech and he told me that it's the CV boot... he quoted me some price but i want to see if anyone here got the same problem and how much did you pay? and how much SHOULD i pay for the labor involved....
Thanks,
ZZZ

they have universal ones for cheap. it's a temporary fix if you don't have the money. I just replaced both my shafts. they ended up being about $75 a piece. that's the whole shaft, boot and all, after you return the old one for the core charge.
