Custom Sub Enclosure

I am still looking into making my OWN subwoofer enclosure and housing 2 12" subs, a capacitor, and an amp? How do I make one w/o fiberglass?

You first need to calculate the volume inside the box that is needed by your subs using the Qts, Vas, Fs numbers. There is no generic volume, it is different for each type of sub. If you can't accomodate for that large a volume, you can use polyfill to simulate a larger volume. There is a formula for that also. You can use MDF from any Home Depot type store, at least 3/4" thick. The amp you can just screw onto the box once you are done constructing it.
