Creaking soun when I accelerate while slightly turning is drivng me crazy!!!

When I have my wheels turned at all and accelerate, I hear a creaking sound. Anyone know what it might be?

Check your CV boots to see if they are torn. If so, they might have leaked and arent lubricated.

I would be willing to bet you are on the same TSB as the 98 CL 3.0 for the ball joint. Have it checked. It is not actually a recall, it is a TSB, but they are aware of it and can fix it quickly.

Do I have to pay for it?

To your misfortune, yes. You will probably have to pay for control arm bushings, as for the ball joint, that is up to the dealer, Acura can't force them to fix it for free.
