i was on my way to pick up my girlfriend from her academy on friday and we were talking ( got into a arguement the night before ) and she kept saying u dont love me, u dont love me and i take a quick glance at her then BAM!!! i fuccin rear end some old mexican guy in a beat the fucc up pick up...and my bumper gets scratched...i hit the guy at like 4-6 mph...and hes telling me he got neck injuries and all that bullshit....wanting to go through insurance blah blah blah....mothereffer...what a great weekend

He's damn lucky that shit flew. To cause an accident and then show a threatening demeaner to the victim. It's all insurance, but if he'd actually attacked the guy he hit... It could have opened him up to all sorts of tort liability. Not to mention the felony assult charges. I think you all should think about that when considering your place in a situation like that. I got hit from behind last year, totaled my integra, and ruptured my 6th cervicle vertibra. Had that jack ass attached me in that condition, he would have found himself in a world of hurt. It all depends on the situation. An accident truly means an accident. There are incidents, I should call it, when the guy hits your and flees the scene. I dont know about a lot of other places but in Brooklyn and the 5 boroughs that shit happens. Last year someone pushed me off my lane and drove me into a parked car. Then the bitch had the balls to flee the scene. Did i get a cent for my $5500 damage to my car? NO. He fled therefore I couldn't prove that he hit me. Now you tell me how would you feel? At this moment that felony sounds like tiramisu on a empty stomach. If its trully an accident then be it but you could be unfortunate to be stuck in a situation such as mine.
