color and stuff

hey, i was wondering what color my car is called...it's on this site, http://www.geocities.com/juniorbean/CLPage1.html

i was also curious about the best brand of hyper whites to put on my CL. It's a nice car, so of course i would purchase the nicest things. and if anyone lives in the bay area (SF area) could they tell me a place to get them? i've heard PIAAs are the most well-known and reputable, but im open-minded and patient to purchase, so just let me know!

Oh, and also, what are the specific brands/codes for the liscence plate lights, interior lights, bumper lights, reverse lights, headlights etc. because i want to hyper white those too (i already purchased some hybrid polargs).

Oh, and second to last thing..clear bumpers, first of all if u look at the page above, do u think it matches the color of my car? and should i look for any specific brands or looks because i knwo when u buy the corners/bumpers at stores, there are differnt looks especialy with the integs and civics.

OKAY last thing..sorry guys, but i want to change the light next to the headlights (the corner ones) to my polargs but then when i go to look at the engine, theres a fat plastic cover or something and i cant get to the headlight. iS there any way to get around this? i havent gone through the trouble of taking it apart yet because i just got the car last wednesday, so just let me know!

Thanx so much for your help, and im welcome to everyone's 2 cents!

Bulbs... http://www.nextcollection.com/html/light_bulbs.cfm
Enter ACURA and it will tell you all the bulbs and applications for your car.

I'd go with PIAA's

You should be able to change the parking lights, the one on the drivers side is a little cramped though (on the 3.0).

Hey, that's my old car on my site. Glad to see people are still looking at it!!

The color is called Iced Blue Pearl and was only available on the '98 and '99 models. There was a similar color for '97, but I'm not sure what it was called. As for the clears, get them they made a huge difference on my car (as you can see). Since that color is a lighter color, the orange just didn't look right. The clears match is up nicer with the whole front end. I bought mine from AutoDynamic since they were the only ones who carried them at the time. I think they were around $40 at the time, but you should be able to find them a little cheaper now.

As for the headlights... I went with PIAA's all around. High beam, low beam, and the wedge lights in the corner. I never replaced the license plate or the reverse lights. The bumper lights have wedge bulbs in the corner but I can't remember what the blinkers are...I'd have to check when I get home.

To change the headlight and corner bulbs, just unscrew those black, flathead looking plastic fasteners about a quarter turn and that whole piece will come out. If you're not too sure what I'm talking about, check the manual, it shows you in there how to replace the bulbs and remove that guard. Should take about 5 min. or so start to finish. Hope all of this helps!!

the liscense plate bulbs and the corner next to the head lights are almost the same bulb...or you can use the same. It is a bitch to unscrew the corner one....you'll have to get someone with small hands to get in there for you.

If you have a 98 or 99, then the color is Iced Blue Pearl, like Juniorbean said, but if you have a 97, then it's called Baltic Blue Pearl. Baltic Blue is a lil darker than Iced Blue, but it's a very similar color.

About putting the wedge lights in, they are really hard to do; I made the guy from whom I bought the lights install them.

Here's a pic of a Baltic Blue car (mine )

thanx so much for all the info guys~! it really helped, in fact, im gonna go and start on my mods right now Iced Blue Pearl is a really cool sounding name for the color and im happy with it although some of my friends criticize it calling it mint green haha, but yea, Angel_CL you got one nice car, those GPO evo's in shadow chrome add a nice touch. Can you tell me why your Eibach suspensino didn't work? And i had no idea that PIAA sold wedge bulbs. Are they expensive? Hybrid Polargs ran about 16.99 a pair out here in san fran so just let me know! thanx! take it easy everyone!

That's odd. I have a 97 CL that is the same color as Angel_CL's (I think), and it's called Cyclone Blue. Anybody know if there's a difference?
