cold weather clutch problems??

My car has been sitting in front of my dorm all day today, i just moved it to the garage and the clutch pedal was REAALLLY soft. I mean i could tap it with my hand and it would hit the floor. I had some trouble shifting into reverse and then 1st. Has anyone else had problems like this in cold weather or is this possible a dying clutch. If it is going, are there any suggestions on replacements, something close the stock feel but better quality?

Thanks,

Sounds like a fluid leak from the hydraulics. Is the resevoir for the clutch full?

Thanks for the feedback, the resevoir was pretty low. I filled it up to the max line and saw a huge difference immediatly. Seemed ok all day, guess i'll have to see what happens after it sits over night.
