clutch problems

last night i went to start my car and when i pushed down on the clutch pedal it felt like there was nothing there. the clutch pedal went to the floor and is now stuck there. I checked the fluid level and it is full. I had to move the car so i put the car in reverse then started it up, it just took off, i then shut the car off put it in first and started the car and drove down the street i shift to second without using the clutch pedal. The clutch itself seems fine it doesnt slip or smell like it burnt, what could be the problem thanks for the help.

you shifted into second without depressing the clutch pedal? I ahve never heard of that happening before. It cold be your syncros, not too sure. Maybe some luid leaked onto your disc. Could be any number of things.
