Clicking noise when braking
I had to slam on the brake a few weeks ago. Since then everytime i brake, ther is a clicking noise that seems to be from the left side caliper. I did lower the car a few mths ago with the neuspeed sports and everything seems fine with that. I checked the spring and it seems to be seated properly. Everything looks ok with the caliper. I haven't taken the wheel out yet though. the car seems to drive and brake fine, except for that annoying noise. I was able to examine the caliper when i put the car up on a ramp to change the gear oil(mobil1 synthetic.. made a big difference with shifting) I would appreciate any ideas on what this could be. My driver's side window dropped down, so I will have to get that fixed too

Hey! When I first testdrove my Acura it did that when I'de brake hard. There'd be a loud clicking/tapping noise coming from the front drivers side wheel. Thought something major was wrong. Well when I bought the car there was small list of things that needed fixed. New exhaust pipe, window regulator, all new pads and rotors, and so on. Well when I got new rotors and pads the noise stopped, plus the brake light on the dash went off. So maybe that's what it is. But I had the same exact problem until I got all new pads and rotors. Good Luck!
