Clicking

I was just wondering if anyone might know what a clicking sound is coming from under my hood. It only does it once the engine is warm, and no matter if idling or in motion, the clicking sound persists at a constant. I know its not the belt or fans and is coming from the drivers side area. If anyone knows what I'm talking about please let me know. -thanx

how long has it been since you changed your oil? check to make sure you have oil.... alot of clicking can come from if you have old oil that has not been changed in a while or for some reason you are out of oil....

Valves would not be a constant noise. It would increase/decrease frequency w/ increasing/decreasing RPM's.

Could it be ABS? Maybe the AC clutch trying to engage/disengage? Does it happen with the AC off?

It makes the sound once it gets up to temp, regardless of the climate inside.
