cleanin out seat track ??
any good tips on cleanin out the sliding track that the seats on ? i gotta a lotta shit in there and it makes a lovely grinding noice when i adjust

def take the seats out...start with passenger side...its 4 bolts real easy...then the seat slides off the track...then get a vaccumm..dont wipe because you need grease on the track so the seat will slide. good luck with the driver side...i never attemped that side.

haha my seat was stuck for like a month cause a quarter was stuck in it and i couldnt even gett he seat out of the car cause the bolt were too far under the seat. after a while i stoped trying to move it and just left it but when i cleaned it there was this cresent shaped quarter on the floor. my driver seat it fine now
