A buddy of mine is down in Cape Canavril (sp??) Florida, and he was eating at hungry howie's last night. said he saw a 1st gen cl pizza delivery car :wtf: ... Any florida members deliver pizza in their cl?

 

pizza delivery is probably hard on a car. better to use some cheap beater.

 

theres a guy in my buddys apt. complex who delivers pizza in a mercedes sl500.

guess his parents gave him a car but no money.

 

i deliver on weekend nights in my cl, its not really that bad on my car but i would be driving it anyway (im ALWAYS driving around anyway) people are always like "thats the nicest delivery vehicle ive seen", everyone else that delivers around here drive some pretty nasty beaters

 

oh and the place i work for is just an independent pizza place in my town that only delivers within a 3 mile radius

 

I would hate to be a pizza guy like on sat nights. Everyone is out with friends, goin to parties.....and u're chillin with somebody else's pizza.

 

Haven't seen a CL deliver but there is this one asshole around here that delivers pizza in an H2. Seems like a money-losing venture to me, with the 10 mpg or whatever it gets.

 

yeah, there isnt anything going on around here ever though and its only from 6-9:30, 10 at the latest, im actually not gonna show up to work anymore there anyway, the boss is a complete fucking cocksucker

 

DAMN!! Must be nice!!! although thats kinda like that Dodge commerical where all theose friends see eachother at a stoplight on their way to a party and the one friend cant come cuz hes working (delivering pizzas) to help pay for his BMW....u ever seen that commerical??

1. CA.....cuz of Hollywood
2. FL.....year round good weather
3. NY.......P.Diddy and Jay-z probably own more than half the hot whips

have you seen the second gen CL that delivers for Wok n Roll on 34th st here in gainesville? Im sure its the owners, but i would never use my ride for that.

 

Pizza-a-gogo in downtown Palo Alto, CA used to have 2 H1's for delivery and events... they changed their business tho, its a fancier place now with that flimsy pizza and no hummers... damn (my GF is quitting from there cuz they screw her on her pay check)

Not trying to be a dick but our car is old and most arent worth a lot so why not deliver pizza in it? If it were me i rather drive something comfortable and reliable JMO

I live about three miles from Cape Canaveral (I actually work there). Haven't seen the pizza dude though. Thats somthing I'd notice too.

 

The first day i moved to the oc i pulled up to a stop light on jamboree with like 5 lanes, and i was the only cl in two solid rows of some PIMP benzo's and a ferrari...and newport beach....i almost nut my pants the first time i drove through there

 

we have m3s driving around like civics here in vancouver.. :P

Hell yeah TX have some tight ass rice delivering pizza Dominos and Pizza Hut around here have their own racing crew :LMAO: I race them all the time....one time i was racing this Pizza Hut Civic HB....i was in front i kinda jump the rail road track a lil bit...i looked in the rear mirror and the dude WW lip fell off when he landed and he ran over it. Wingswest lip are very durable...cuz i saw its on his car the next day.

 

I was referring to the car meets where you just see NSXs, Supras, Ferraris, Vettes, Vipers, etc and all the local rice is too ashamed to pull up cause everyone just laughs at them.

We have a BIG meeting at (i know this is gonna belittle it...) hardees here in south side Des Moines. Only the illest old roadsters, vettes, vipers, shelby stangs etc.) The whole time this show goes on you will not see one ricer in that area of the city. The next day all the big muscle cars are cruising around on the weekend and the ricers bare their ugly heads and belittle the same hardees. They can't come out and show off with the old guys cause they get shown up hardcore, so they come the day after. No shame.

Cheezefrog is actually cool with the guys from what I understand. Especially since he pulled on a viper. His car looks completely stock cept for rims. Electronic dump pipe = ultimate sleeper.

I wonder if he got his new engine going since he blew his during TX2K3.
