Gawd damn beautiful car you've bought yourself.

Look up a couple of Holden or Vauxhall Monaro reviews on Top Gear. Those guys absolutely love the car. Out of college, it's definitely going to be the first car I purchase for myself.

Now find yourself a nice place and powerslide that thing til' you can't powerslide no more.

not @ the moment cause I'm @ work. But just go to google videos, then search for: Top Gear. It's how I spent my weekend.

I think there's 3 videos: The Vauxhall Monaro VX-R drifting video, the regular review they do of the car, then the "muscle car" challenege where they put the GTO up against a 300C, and a Jaguar (whatever edition has the supercharger)... not really a relevant comparison @ all, but it's awesome seeing the Monaro do 100 yard powerslides on a beach and dig up a 2 foot hole into the sand with its rear wheels cause it can't find traction.

Sweetness Scott!!!!
Congrats!
I actually thought about one myself.
Snapss is going to be biting the bullet on one shortly though... Blue with Blue Interior.
We went and drove one of the 6 MT's and I drove since he is the suck at the manual... The 6 MT is really the only complaint I have on the car... Wasn't very precise shifts, and just felt mushy, and the shifter seemed oddly placed.... Now I'm sure I could deal with it if I owned one, but this is just what I felt after making the salesguy shit himself as I gave her hell in some turns. What I was overly impressed with was the handling, I did not expect it to do as well as it did , for as hard as I was pushing it in the turns.
Overall great choice!
