chrome grille conversion (insert)..opinions?
(no results in search for this item..sorry)
I came across this on ebay, and it does not look bad at all. Does anyone know about this product? I remember someone, maybe azn5ucka86 , was seeking something similar to this look. I like

I may chance it and buy it..I'll let you guys know if it was a waste or not...

Would you ever think that that could just be door edge guards? I don't know but possibly that is all it is. Just my thinking, but don't know until you find out.
Just be careful 20 bucks for that doesn't really seem worth it unless made from something else.
Just my two cents.

i was reading the description on ebay and it says '3M adhesive backing' followed a few sentences later by 'This kit will give your grille a very clean look, and and requires no drilling or modifications of your OEM grille'...the way i figure it, hes selling you a bunch of metal slats that are of a single size, and you probably have to cut then to fit the designated area of the grille, and then you remove the backing of the 3M adhesive tape and stick them on...its the only way ou could do it without modding the original grill in anyway...sounds pretty whack to me...just my two cents
