Cheap CAI?
Hey guys, HAs anyone out there had any experience with buying real cheap intakes on ebay. I'm looking to get one but I dont know if I can trust them. There's an intake for my car (97 CL 3.0) that has no brand name its being sold by autobacs1. Looks good in pic and it's one of the only ones that I've found to be specifically for my year and model. Should I trust them?? There's also one on there from Arospeed. That one's pretty cheap too.

yeah intakes are about the only thing that you can get away with "being cheap" go for it. the only thing that you might want to do is get a K&N air filter for it later. + you don't need a carb sticker in jersey anyway right?
don't let everyone else talk you into AEM

dont go cheap...get a AEM......i heard that the colors make a diffrence...blue being the most gain......cheap intakes are usally chrome which drops the air prssure of you tornado which causes the combobulator to malfunction....then it discombobulates..you wouldnt want that happening now would you?
j/k .....just make sure you get a good filter..the piping is usally all the sames...
