Since starboy has a potential to do these, I wanted to start a poll and just get an idea of how many people are interested, I will closely monitor this thread. As of right now, there is NO promise of a CF trunk being created, nor is there any vendor on here ready to provide one, we simply want to see if we have the minimum interest for him to present to his shop that would be making them. He needs a minimum of 15 definite people, he will update with more info, and I've asked him to update with more specifics and a possible price range to get an idea of what we're dealing with, but keep in mind that a custom job like this WILL NOT BE CHEAP so if you're not serious, or don't have the money, please don't post, we need an idea if there will be real interest or not.

From what I understand, this company makes CF Bodies for Nascar and is a IN-HOUSE shop. Which means, nothing gets sent to china and then shipped back. So I'm assuming that this will also contribute to the pricing.

For anyone whos thinking of doing something custom, involving CF, its possible, but as you know, money talks.

Keep in mind, NOTHING IS SET IN STONE, at least for now. Until I get the actual details, please poll in so I know what kind of interest we are looking at and that will determine if this will go thru or not. Ive said everything that I know for now and will update you as soon as I get a update.

No, we don't have a vendor to sell them, I'm still not sure how the vendor status for this gb would work, but I want kumar to find out the details before we go down that path, however we are not doing another CF hood gb unless you can bring a vendor to this site, CF hoods are available on ebay

 

CF Trunk?? Not a fan.. CF hoods are awesome, CF spoilers are cool, but CF trunks? Next thing you know we'll have CF bumpers and doors.. Maybe with a CF hood but just a CF trunk is just plain weird. I think blackack and Asianspec could deff pull it off though.

UPDATE:

This one particular place does high end wrapping. IE: Ferrari, Lambos, speed boats, racing cars.

For a Complete MOLD, they want 5gs. and off of that mold, then they can make any number of trunks. By the end of the week, I'll have somethings sorted out with several CF companies.

Not looking good as of rite now.

ROFL, half a dozen cl's rolling down without trunks, or can you fit the trunk in the trunk? cause then a cruise would make for a decent cover coming back across the border.

 

the trunk should fit in the back seat, if placed correctly. i know that the front hood definitely wont fit
