CF hood hook-ups?

Anybody got hook-ups for a VIS CF hood?

Brother got into a small accident with the car. Can't find used hoods and new one is $350-400. At that price, might as well drop the $$ on CF hood.

It's messed up jay. One of the fender is rusting due to the wheel falling off awhile back...

I think my cousin got hooked up at VIS for the hood. Not to sure about the info but my bro got the hood on the car already. He'll be posting pictures soon.

Looks good but i hope you are planning to put hood pins on it. if you are. you need custom brackets for the pins since there is no place to put them

Its not but i really recommend it. the hood is too light and it does shake (well on my car it does) like it wants to come off. i might have to go with a stock hood for now until i get the hood fix. not sure yet. These are the ones i have bought for the car. Knowing Will he would probably put these on too. this is probably the cheapest you can find this type of pins.

I'll probably have them drive around and see if it shakes. Plus, told them to put back the amber lights and probably do vinyl roof. I don't even have the car but want them to do those things..ha ha ha....

im not sure if everybody has this problem with their hood but the Grille screws to the hood are barely long enough to clear the holes . im running without the grill as we speak right now. lemme know if it clears it fine on your hood.

That was the problem one of the brothers mentioned. The screws were too short. The younger bro said there was gaps. I just told them to make it happen! So I expect results! ha ha ha

i hope so too. i ran out of ideas. i tried to use a washer and a nut to secure it a lil better but no luck.
