Just got in a reck today and destroyed my hood. The thing crumbed like tin foil. ANy way I was planning on replacing it with a CF hood and was wondering how much it cost, were to order it from. I have seen a few threads were some have bought theres or were selling theirs.

Why would I paint a CF hood?

it was $10 shipped to me in NY... if you buy one and paint it that the biggest waste of cash i heard!!!!

 

does it have all the basic connection requirmnts. WIll it lock the same way the factry does? or do i have to buy additional parts?
How long did it take for you to get yours?

 

its not going to fit perfectly you will need to do some mods for it to fit and from what i heard when you do get it to fit in there will be some gaps left.

 

You have to drill all the holes yourself. It'll take about a month to recieve even if they tell you you'll get in a week. You'll need to buy hood pins.
