cat converter issue-easy fix? exhaust as well

hey guys, well i did some searching but didnt turn up quite the answers i was lookign for so i fiugred id ask for some clarification:

my cat has a 5" long, 1/4" wide hole on the side along the weld from rust...now im wondering if i could just get some of the exhaust/heat tape (foiled kind) and wrap it? or if im going to have to replace the cat all together? also, what is the average price for them? and do the 94 accord 4 cl cats fit? are there any aftermarket ones that are easy bolt-ons without having to worry about the o2 sensor?

also--my muffler has some rust along the side as well. nothing major yet but will need replacing. ive read 94 accord 4 cl exhausts bolt right up, this is true correct? is that the only model year? also--if i go aftermarket (storng possibility depending on cost) what are some good low key, affordable, nice sounding exhaust systems?

thanks very much for any help!

since you cant change the cat to a high-flow one, because our cars use OBDII, you need to get factory. THey can range from $200-up. There are people that used high-flow cats, but have to deal with the Check Engine light on. Its up to you.

I thought you could use an aftermarket high flow, as long as it had a holder for the oem O2 sensor? Can anyone clarify this?
