Car jerks when shifting to reverse

Is there anything wrong? My car jerks when I start my car and shift to reverse but after the first shift to reverse it doesnt jerk when put it to park again and shift it down the R. Is this normal for the 3.0's?

And i got my tranny rebuilt about a month and a half ago.

my 95 accord used to do that. a sure sign of transmission failure. keep your foot on the brake better and see if that helps your issue.

shifting on an incline is rough.

u gotta pull up the ebrake on an incline before you let go of the brake.

also u should let the car warm up for a second or two. not just turn it on and slam it into reverse.

well u cant shift to R without holding ur brake down. after the day of driving do you hold the brake down, shift it into P, pull the parking break and then let go of the foot brake? that way ur car doesnt move anywhere after u park it. save ur tranny too.
