My car got hit today at 4:30. I was pulling out of a parking lot when this Infinity with his blinker on and slowing down about to turn is coming towards me. He basically slowed down...changes his mind, released his brake and runs into me. My left clear is busted and my bumper is scratched to hell. Bumper is displaced a little. His was dented in and his right bumper light was busted.

Its gonna really be hard to win this one since he did have the right of way. I guess I'm just sad and gloom right now more than anything. Court date is on Feb 27th. Guess I'll call my lawyer now . I just don't like seeing my baby like this. Rents are pissed cause I just got my muffler put on and they feel it caused my carelessness?

Well...now that its been in an accident, I guess I can get it fixed then trade it in in about a year or so and just get another car, cause thats what my rents usually do when our cars get in a wreck. This just makes me mad cause I don't have time for this shit. I need to study for the MCATs and already have to deal with this speeding ticket. Man...this just ruined my week.

Guess all mods are on a halt now.

yeah, i hate people who change their minds like that. but you have to be careful also cause' there are hella dumbasses who don't realize they have their signal light on and draw you out into a right turn.

 

that sucks to hear man. at least the damages isnt too bad. your car will be fixed in no time.

Yea...I'm fine. Collision was less than 5 mph, no one was hurt. I'm just kinda gloom. I feel bad cause my insurance is gonna rise up, which means my parents will have to pay more. I really feel bad about that cause I don't want them to pay more than they have to already for me, especially for shit like this where its my own fault. Best I can hope for is the court will withhold the points so my insurance won't increase too much.

 

damn... gotta hate the light accidents.. Its like they are small enough where you can still drive around with them and have to see it everday... where asa big acident puts your car out of commission for a bit , but looks like new the next time you see it!!

Hope its Dekalb, figure it should be since Emory is in Dekalb and since Fulton sucks the big fatty. Sucks when everyone gets mcat-obsessed and you're worrying about your car, but just handle your biz and bust out your 30+ score and then fix your ride and everything is bueno. Damn, time to leave Miami and come back to the reality of Atlanta....

Had my first class tonight...in the span of 4 hours, they gave me 7 books and I took 17 pages of notes with one 5 minute break....yeah, it was just GREAT!
