car bounces II

I bought some kyb agx shocks the other day because the stock shocks are horrible my car bounces like a phuckin trampoline will these shocks make a diff and how stiff should i adjust them too thanks Ryan

no the answer everyone told me was either to get tokico or kyb they didnt tell me what stiffness to adjust them so:pfawk:
