Alright people... Here's what I need.

There's this item selling on ebay right now that I've been wanting for a helluva long time... Only problem is, the seller won't ship to Canada. Is anyone on here willing to buy the item on my behalf (I'll transfer the money to your paypal account beforehand) and then ship it to me after you get it? I'll more than cover the cost of shipping both to you and then from you up to Canada. (Someone from Texas would probably be best as that's where the item is located).

Big request I know... The item only costs $10, and I can assure you this whole thing is legit.

LoL I don't think you'd get it ON the airplane. You'd be in that interrogation room for a long time.

 

Speaking of the climate control display (and I don't mean to be a thread thief), I have an 01 CL and I have noticed that occasionally (during the summertime with the A.C. on) my climate control says "20" (while in the "Auto" mode) instead of the actual temperature setting. Does any one know about this?

 

i dont know much about the 01 climate controls, i think you'd get a better answer in the 2nd gen CL forum

Yep, I won. By the way, thanks to all the guys who offered to help me out! Much appreciated!! What I ended up doing is bidding on the item myself and then having it shipped to an american address. Shineynitelites idea, so it's going to him... I'll just pay the cost of shipping from MN to Canada straight to his paypal... 15.50 was the total which is awesome considering the only other time I've seen these listed or the similar piece that Nato and Nippon_Wa have the price was closer to $100 sometimes more!!

By the way, I'm painting the "shroud" to match my other trim pieces (a shade between aluminum and gunmetal-ish), not leaving it blue... Yuck.

My gf can't understand how I can trust all of you so easily....
One thing that I love about A-CL "community" is that there really aren't any people I WOULDN'T trust to send my stuff to like this. I've been on other forums and I can't say the same of all of them.
