camber methods

I want to do some camber correction on my car... lowered about 1.5". I lowered the car like over a year ago and never had it aligned (i know, stupid) but its gonna get done soon before I throw the new tires on.

For the rear... Im gonna do the washer method... obviously cause its so easy and cheap... what size bolts do I need?? Length and thread size? I want all the parts before I tear into the car.

For the front... I wanna get an Ingalls kit... someone on here is selling one and I want it, just waiting for them to get back to me. What type of kit is the ingalls front kit? is it the upper ball joint?

thanks in advance for any help.

I had my lower control arms bent in the front and the washer method in the back.

I didn't do the install, I dropped a car off at a shop, can someone tell me about the washer method???? I need to do some more rear correction. How many degrees is the washer method good for?
