cam gears?
Well people my car was just taken into the dealership for the 60k mile checkup and they recommended that I change my timing belt for regular maintenance purposes. I was thinking of getting a pair of aem cam gears and I figured that if Im going to get the belt changed that I might as well get the gears installed at the same time since the panel is already going to be off. I just got this car and havent found out a lot about it so I wanted to make sure that I am correct in the assumption that the timing belt is wrapped around the cam gears, and I also wanted to know if anybody has done this job themselves. (HInt hint ...How hard is it to do yourself?)
(Oh yeah and anybody know a website with good prices on them?)

Service manual only recommends it be changed at 90K.
It costs roughly $500 for the belt change and $100+ for the gear.
You sure you "need" it? The gear will only yield 5 hp with extensive mods.

I checked my manual and it said that it is suggested to be replaced at 60,000 and not 90,000
(also at http://autos.yahoo.com/servint/acura/cl/1998/sm60.html)
luckily the dealer by my house said that they will do it for under $300 and since the gear requires to be tuned in order to see any performance I will probably hold off on it till some later date. Thanks for the help.

Its 60K miles only if you
"Drive in >104F temperatures"
or
"Drive in <-20F temperatures"
Otherwise 90K miles. This is from the OEM service manual not haynes or yahoo.

or i was thinkin msd igntion, wires, coil
and some denso (ir) plugs but that will be like $300
