C5s 18'' Tires FIt?

i have C5s 18s and my question is will 215/45/18 fit onto these rims...i had 215/35/18 before but now they wore out, what are ur suggestions and why, thanx for ur input!

45 would be to big IMO for our cars...get a 40 series...and youll be good

actually i think it's 40...not 45

they make a 225/45? i thought most ppl ran a 225/40

225/40 vs 215/40 better ride quality on the 225 but 215 looks alot better, i had 215 and i loved the look of thin tires...

i have 45 series on mine david but mine are 17"

i think you can fit 45 series if you go with a coilover so you can adjust it or you go with a prokit

and i think mine are 225/45/17

If you are concered about ride, acurate mph readings etc., the rule is, since our cars come 205/55/16 stock, if you got up 2 sizes you should go up 2 in width and down 2 in side wall hieght. So the correct size would be 225/45/18. But if you're just going for looks, hey funkin' get crazy.
