bumpstop DIY trimming
can we get a FAQ sheet with pictures of how to get rid of the clunking
and the way so that i can slam my CL nicely on my Teins?
im slammed as it is, but i read that ive gotta trim the bumpstops and
get rid of part of hte fenderwell and spray the bumpstop with truck bedliner
or something to that nature? the sleeves that go on the springs also,
i heard that might take away from suspension noise as well as rubber instead
of polyurethane bushings... the bushings might be $$ though. it looks like
im gonna have to either beg my mechanic to try and put in the camber kit
or actually even take a stab at it DIY.

thres no coating them in herc liner or anything, just cut them in half.. they are made out of a foam type rubber, and are easy to cut. i cut my bumpstops when i dropped prescious 1.25". im startin to get alittle clunkin in the right rear spring but thats not due to the bumpstops.. thats cause the springs are progressive rate and the half with the tighter coils are rubbin more and more. someone here already posted how to get rid of the rear clunk using stock "shimms".
