Broken Headlight Adjustment

My driver side headlight cannot adjust up and down from the top screw adjustment. I turn it and nothing happens. Do I have to crack open my headlight casing and if i do, how can i go about fixing it once in there?

Your projector doesnt' adjust with the headlight? Since you didn't do them yourself I guess I can't offer that much help other than cracking open the headlight. If they were mounted to more than just the reflector than you will not be able to aim them with the stock aiming. The stock aimer moves the reflector only. Mine I mounted strictly to the reflector so they still had range of motion. If they're somehow mounted to the housing itself you won't be able to adjust them without going in there. I'd contact aznsucka and see what he thinks since he made them.

well the passenger side works, so assume its mounted to the reflector. I basically just want to know how the reflector moves and how to fix that.

Same thing happened to me, but mine doesn't work because my front bumper was damaged. I just put a rubber washer underneath the headlight.

where are your leveler bubbles on your headlights located? are they on the extreme top or bottom? if so, it could be that the headlights were adjusted too far up or down and the adjustment rod came free from the housing. doubtful though. but if the leveler is on an extreme, you might just have to just do a ton of turning of the knob to get it back into the accepted range and see the reflector move again

Possible but not likely on the rod, but it very well could be way off or stuck
