Does anyone know if the 97 3.0cl's have the same rotor and pad set up as the 98's. brembo only makes 98 rear rotors. can i use the 97 front rotors for the 98????

The '97 front rotors are different than the '98/'99 design.

Brembo does make rotors for the '97s. I have them.

Double check the Brembo web site for '97 applications.

Welcome!

EDIT: I believe the rear rotors for the '97 and '98/'99 are the same, but the rear rotors for every year are smaller than the fronts. Plus the front rotors are vented. The rear rotors are not.

I'm not sure about the cheapest, but I got mine from www.irotors.com . I got front and rear Brembo crossed-drilled rotors (which were further slotted and zinc-plated) plus Axxis Metal Master pads shipped for $327.00
