i dont know about performance, cause then you'd have a whole rear end to go through before you planted power to the ground. but imagine how bad ass it would be to be able to spin the back tires!

The car would slower, but you would be able to get out of the whole a lot better. The car would also handle alot better if it was rwd. And yes it would be bad ass to spin the back tires.

actually the car should be quicker. It's easier to push then it is to pull.

I still think rwd setup would be slower. Especially due to the extra loss in power, and i dont see why it is easier to push vs pull... Its the same weight that you have to get moving, which would take the same amount of energy to move... In a rwd setup you usually have about a 15 % horse power loss due to drivetrain, in a fwd setup its closer to 10%. I could be wrong, but just going with my basic knowledge and logic here.

I always thought rear drive systems were better at putting HP to the ground than front wheel systems. Maybe i'm wrong but i know most of the time all things equal a rear wheel car will win in a race.
