Bodykit..what does it take?

For anyone who had to mold the Accord body kit onto your CL, what kind of work did you have to do? How much of the original kit did you shave off and how much did you add on? I was thinking of modifying this kit I found onto my car. It is the cleanest one I've found so far..well besides the Veilside. I imagine it'll look better on the CL than the Accord. If not, then I'll probably build one from this design my brother created. Looks very CLEAN and SWEET. He also came up with a wide body design. He has a taste for elegance and it shows in his design. Hopefully I could just use an Accord kit...

well... it consists of splicing the stock bumper along the main top bend horizontally... splicing the aftermarket in the same place.. then seeing if its wider, taking whatever access out the middle and molding the 3 pieces together... very tedious and difficult!!!

Hmm... I was just thinking about only using the aftermarket kit and trim where needed. You could fill up all the gaps with foam, trim the excess, and lay fiberglass over that. So I guess the Accord kit doesn't fit that well to begin with huh?
