Body Kits!

OK! I was recently driving around in Atlanta and I noticed a car (a very clean and a bit NOPI-ed up '97-'98? CL) he had a body kit on it and it was slightly "fast and furious" but it looked great. I just wanted to know if anyone knew where you could purchase these and... where does everyone get there parts. Thanx
