Blueprinting
Most cars have mass produced engines that are not hand made therefore every internal specification can not be exactly as the engineers designed. They take that into account when they release HP and Torqe ratings. Every car is not the same though, I'm sure you've heard of "factory retards" and there are even cars that perform better then most other cars of the same exact make and model. Well, when you blueprint an engine, you get it taken apart and put back together by hand and every specification is made as exact as possible. Sometimes when people get this done they also replace some of the stock internals with stronger components. This is usually a precursor to Turbo and Supercharger applications. Power gains are usually not that great and it's one of the worst bang for the buck upgrades but I kinda like the idea that you don't have to add or take away anything. It's power out of nowhere.
