niice .. i wish i were getting some paychecks.. you make me eager to go back to work

youre paying to have the tranny cooler installed?
they (at least aamco does) charge way too much for the simplicity and quickness of the job.

if you do install that alarm yourself, i would also be very appreciative of a DIY guide..

can't wait to see the car after all these installs

you're paying to have all that stuff installed? you could get more mods with teh money you saved by doing it yourself.

I've done all my stuff DIY except for adding the factory spoiler because I didn't want to drill holes in my trunk lid.

I'm paying for my suspension, because I'm replacing the control arms, balljoints, and all the bushings under the car, along with my shocks and springs.

I'm paying for exhaust, because they're installing my goodies with custom bent piping.

Looks like I'm doin the tranny cooler install myself. I read the diy several times a few years back, and always had it in my head that you had to cut the radiator lines or drill a hole in them, doesn't appear that way now that I re-read it. Can anyone who's done this confirm to me what exactly has to happen with the radiator lines? Looks like I'll be doing this myself, to anyone that's interested, here's Rick's diy.

So how about a video clip of how your exhaust sounds?

That is a lot of stuff. That will be fun.

I did the tranny cooler install myself and you don't have to cut anything... well you might have to cut the included hose for the tranny cooler, but everything that's in the engine bay stays uncut, you just have to disconnect stuff, and reconnect it else where.

basically you disconnect the hose that has the two circles in ricks DIY right at the the part where it has the two circles, then you plug that part of the hose into the tranny cooler inlet, then you plug the hose included with the tranny coller into the outlet of teh tranny cooler and then plug the other end back into the place where you uplugged the hose with two circles.

so you are going from this:

radiator ---(hose)---> tranny

to tihs:

radiator ---(hose)---> tranny cooler ---(hose from kit) ---> tranny

easy as hell, just kinda tough to route the hoses, I think I may have hade to pull out some plastic liner to get the hoses through.

Right on, as I looked at it last night, that's what I noticed, that you just unplug and reroute, for whatever reason, a couple years ago I thought you had to cut a hole in the radiator hose and hook the other hose up to it, no idea why
