Been a year, how to reinstall stock 2.2 intake box?

Been a year, how to reinstall stock 2.2 intake box?
never talked anyone into CARBing my accord AEM cai so it's gotta go again to pass smog ... still have all the oem air box parts but i have no recollection of where to plug what - anyone saved this for their own use and can help me out?

Did you buy the AEM intake from AEM or a store? AEM will send you a CARB sticker if you have the receipt. or thats what ive been told.

ebay, when i emailed AEM they said 'yeah we never had enough interest to CARB for the CL, don't hold your breath. It's an accord intake"
