Baking tailights????

You know how the guys on the forum are baking their headlights and blacking their housings well.....

Do you think we could bake our tailights remove the backing and finding a different light configuration from another car and transplant them into our tailights?

I've been working on led light boards big enough to fill our tailights but dont have the balls to bake my tails and rip them apart.

If I had a spare set of tailights i'd try it but maybe the guys that have sucessfully taken their headlight housings apart might wanna try the tailight transplant.

I'd love to see a G35 LED setup behind the first gen tailight housings.

It would probably cost too much to try but maybe.....

Just curious what you guys think.

That can be hot!!! I just thinking though since ours are kinda frosted would you be able to see the leds or would it be all just one ball of fire.

the alternative or best way to do it is heatgun so your just loosening the seals rather than baking the whole taillight and melting a lot of stuff some pplz on this forum did which is bad.
