Bagged

I know there a some members on here with bags on their cls. For those of you who have them were you able to get a decent alignment at ride height? What size rims clear to lay it on the ground? I'm getting ready to do it to my 97 and want to kow if my 19's are going to be a problem. Also what products did u use and what should I look out for? Any info greatly appreciated.

i got a fbi kit in my cl, it has 1/2 values and i think that the 1/2 is to much. i had to slow the air down alot. the rear of the car jumped 2" off the ground. i would go with a 1/4 " kit from aim

Unless you cut the strut towers out and fabricated a new structure that provides further installation height on the cylinders, you can't "lay frame". Besides, the CL is a uni body car, not a truck. There is no "frame" under there to lay.

Mine is about 1/2" from the ground at the mud guards in the front. Casper's was the same, but he had a kit so the kit would lay.

exactly... my kit was a 1/4" off the floor.. you couldnt stick a CD case under it... I used cylinders.. NOT BAGS.... I ran 17s (check pics btw www.fotki.com/casper98cl )... There are settiing on BlowJax cylinder... I was on the highest setting... If I had put 19s as planned... i would have sat the same!!!!
