Back Pressure

I used to have a magnaflow muffler on my 2.2 CL, but took it off. When I had it on I noticed a definite lack of backpressure and low end torque, is there any way to get rid of it? I'm considering putting the muffler back on.

With a NA motor and throwing exhaust and different parts on you will lose some low end TQ. You could try some Underdrive pullys they may help it. Headers and exhaust on any NA vehical willl decrrease low end put once you get to 3700-4000 you will nitice that the pick up is signifigant more then when you ahd no exhaust.
