Lol clearly we have biased opinions and will say to keep it. If it doesn't cost that much, why not? With all that work it should last you a pretty long time after you're done with the maintenance.

imo, no its not worth the time or money. the situation is different if youre doing the work yourself or getting a nice hookup but it sounds like your gonna do more than just get the car up and running. once you're done with the things on the end of the list it will be practically a new car, but then new things will pop up and add to the list. personally id try to see how much i could get for the car (trade-in, sell, donate) and see if its enough to combine with the money you wouldda spent fixing the cl and pick something different up

That's a LOT of work, you have to decide if it's worth it for what you want, I've already replaced everything on your list and then some so I woudl say keep it, but I have a different goal than most

^ like Chris (blackack), figure out if its worth cuz IMO i dont think its worth it....rebuilding a tranny is 3k itself and then on top of tht u have other maintenance in mind, however some of them are DIY, but regardless the parts r pretty expensive...i would jus save tht cash and invest on some other car...i love my CL but i think its time to move on to some other car tht will take ur mind away...think about it...dont do something u will regret later...
