there is a knocking noise coming from ..i guess the steering area when im making left or right turns......is it the axel? what is it?

i had an altima and it was making the same noise. the thing is with the altima...it was visible...it was the axel. all the greace came out and was on the rims. but with this...i cant tell.

 

could be ur CV joint only if it just do that when u turn.

 

To me, bad CV joints make more of a clicking noise.

 

yes. its more like a clickin sound. whats the CV Joint..and is it something i can just tighten or do i have to replace it?

 

CV joints are at the ends of the half shafts (axles). With time they wear (or prematurely wear, if not maintained properly). If you're hearing clicking at this point, eventually one or both will need to be replaced.
