OK i just got home from a local hang ot wth all my friends.. when i went to leave i put my car i reverse and the god damn thing stalls.. so i put it in park start it up and it took a little bite then started..reed my engine and it was fine?.. i had a full tank of gas i dunno what the hell was going on.. anyone can tell me whats wrong with my car?

 

happened to my friends car before and it turned out it was the catalytic converter. check it out and let us know.

 

go check out your ignition switch, i just had mine replaced by the dealer because its recalled. My car stalled for months until i finally found out what the hell was wrong. Now that i changed the switch its perfect. When it stalls look on the dashboard, if you see lights on the dashboard after the car stalled then its not the switch, if you dont see any lights on the dash then it is the switch.
