im having trouble getting the picture of your car on my photobucket but im sure you what im talking about.

hi
its tail light tint, just mask off the parts you don't want tinted and start spraying
however, after many washes its starting to fade and come off and im too lazy to redo it
and yes, its fresh paint. got the whole car repainted 2 years ago after i got keyed =( and guess what...it got keyed again lol
anyways, good luck!
