Attn: all 2.3 Cl 5spd owners

wat are the actual specs of the 2.3 cl 5 spd in terms of hp/torque? I have the 3.0 cl v6, and i love it, but i love to drive stick, as my first car used to be a 5 spd gsr, but got totaled in an accident. I mite plan on doing a trade in for a 2.3 5 spd and just wanted some input. Pros: stick pulls harder on each gear Cons: less hp than 3.0 CL i believe. It seems impossible to get a H223 prelude motor swap for a auto to stick, although i wouldn't mind doing it and would be willing to pay for the custom work, (cheaper than buying a new car), or just to trade my CL in for a 2.3 5 spd.. so i would appreciate it if all u 2.3 5spd owners could tell me how u like ur rides, and if i should do this. thx, luv this forum, everyone is helpful.

In 98 the 2.3cl had 150hp and 152lbs/ft. That's what I have and I can't imagine trading it for an automatic. I took it to the dealer the other day for warranty work and they let me take an automatic integra out for the day. Not a very good trade. They told me they had RSX's for loaner cars but when I got there all they had left was an integra. When I traded it back in for my car I realized how much difference it makes. In fact my old 88 Integra 5spd was more fun than the 99 automatic. There's nothing like getting back in your 5spd after driving an automatic to make you feel good. Don't get me wrong, I would love to have more power sometimes but it would have to be a hell of a lot to get me to permanently drive an automatic. I can't say I've driven a 3.0 to compare but my suspicion is if you go drive a 5spd you won't wanna go back to auto again.
Now I wonder if anyone's gonna tell me I'm wrong. If so, you'll probably have to let me drive your car to convince me.

Buy the 23 5 speed you can easily make it as fast as a 30 with out much work at all. It is so much fun in 5 spd/.

Trade the 3.0 for a 2.3 5 speed and use the price $$$ difference to swap in the h22 prelude engine and you have the same hp(200), but in a 5 speed and a very moddable engine.
